Deposit & Cancellation Policies
To secure any reservation, we require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit on a major credit card. The outstanding amounts due are payable 24-48 hours prior to your event date and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Your 1/3 non-refundable deposit can be converted to a rain check credit according to our cancellation policy stated below. OMG does not pass on processing fees to our customers for credit card purchases but refunded credit card charges will incur a processing fee.
OMG inventory has been reserved for your event that would otherwise be rented to other customers. If you cancel 24 hours in advance of your contracted event based upon projected rain probability of 40% or more according to www.weather.com, OMG will provide a rain check for the amount of your deposit. This does not apply to video game trucks, casino rentals, or entertainers. All other items require 7 days notice of cancellation. Should you be unable to use this rain check, we can provide a transferable gift certificate which can be donated to the charity of your choice or given as a gift to others. Deposits are never refundable, and are only eligible for a rain-check under these conditions.
Inclement Weather – Inflatables can not be operated in rain or high wind. OMG does not assume weather related risks. OMG’s desire is that all of our customers have full use and safe enjoyment of their inflatable rental. Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of loading, labor and providing a clean/sanitized inflatable have been incurred. OMG cannot provide refunds for limited or no use due to weather. Please make your cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your event.
OMG shall have the sole and unilateral right to cancel deliveries should the weather not be conducive for the safe setup of your inflatable.
Customer Pick-up Schedule
Our staff leaves for service calls, deliveries and events. Therefore, we have limited set hours on weekends unless an appointment was schedule or stated within your contract notes. See the chart below for available pickup times. During weekdays & off-season, please coordinate with your OMG representative.

Delivery Schedule?
Our inflatable deliveries include 5.5-hours of use. Our deliveries are on a case by case basis but we generally do not book residential deliveries before 10:00am Additional time, overnights, or multiple day rentals can be arranged by your OMG representative. Delivery times change with the seasons (and sunrise/sunset). See the chart below which applies to our primary delivery areas (within a 25 miles drive of each warehouse). Outlying areas may have earlier pickup times.

Do You Deliver To My Area?
We typically limit all deliveries to 25 miles from either our Willoughby or Akron Warehouse. There will be a $69 delivery/set-up/tear-down charge for each inflatable ordered with discounts for orders with two or more inflatables. Additional mileage is charged at a rate of $3.50/mile using only one way of distance.
Are You Insured?
Yes! We carry commercial liability insurance. All of our inflatables are inspected and licensed. We take safety very seriously and offer safety training to our customers. For $40, we can name you or your organization as additionally insured. We can also provide insurance for incidental and item rental damage.
Do You Donate Items?
We take pride in being an active philanthropic organization within our community. If you are requesting a discount or donation, please fill out the form found here and mail / fax / send it in. We make every effort to accommodate requests from qualified 503 (c) charities. We have a limited season and inventory making it very difficult to donate product or labor on weekends/holidays. Nonetheless, we are happy to extend additional discounts for your volunteer pickups as well as donate gift cards and certificates to your chartable fundraising event.
